At Kerstins Butik, we understand how important it is to receive your orders quickly, safely, and smoothly. That’s why we always do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Below you will find information about our shipping and delivery policy.


Shipping Options

We offer different shipping options depending on weight and destination. When you have entered your address information at checkout, you can choose the shipping option that suits you best. Please note that the stated delivery time refers to transit time and does not include processing time.

Standard Shipping:
4–8 days in transit

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays with our delivery partners. Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days in addition to the stated shipping time.

Total shipping time 5-11 business days.


Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is based on weight and destination and is shown at checkout after you have entered your address and selected a shipping option.

The following shipping costs apply for orders within Sweden:

Standard Shipping: Free


International Orders

We also ship international orders. Delivery time and shipping cost vary depending on the destination and are shown at checkout when you have entered your address details.


Customs and Taxes

Products are shipped from our warehouse outside the EU. The customer is responsible for any VAT, customs duties, and other fees that may apply upon delivery.


Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to contact us as soon as possible at info@kerstinsbutik.se.
We offer returns and exchanges for most products within 30 days from when you received your order.

For a return or exchange to be approved, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Return shipping to our warehouse in Kristianstad is paid by the customer.


Complaints

At Kerstins Butik, we value our customers’ satisfaction and strive to offer products of high quality. In case of complaints, the following guidelines apply:

– Complaints are only accepted for physical defects that occurred during manufacturing or delivery.
– We reserve the right to assess the validity of the complaint based on these criteria.
– For approved complaints, we offer a replacement product or compensation for any depreciation in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
– We handle complaints directly through our customer service and do not participate in cases with the National Board for Consumer Disputes or similar bodies.

Our goal is always to resolve cases quickly, fairly, and professionally.
